Membership Basics

A monthly individual membership is only $50/month, and gives you 24/7 access to the Makerspace, as well as free attendance to most of our classes. You also have access to our computers, our meeting space, and the various work areas around the Makerspace. If you have additional adults in your household who’d like to be members, they can be added for only $10 each. The membership is month-to-month; there’s no long-term obligation. Any kids in your household under the age of 18 in your household are included in your membership — please note, some areas are age restricted.

To complete an application you need to do the following:
* Attend one of our open houses & safety tours. These occur every Thursday at 6pm and every Saturday at 11am at the Makerspace.
* Fill out a new member application. These can be obtained after open house or by visiting the office.
* Sign a liability waiver. You’ll typically sign this when attending open house.

Please do not start payments before coming to open house! You’ll be directed to this page after the open house tour, and can start your payments when you turn in your membership application.

Member Shelves

In addition to their Makerspace memberships, members can rent a storage shelf at the Makerspace for $23 per month. A member can have a maximum of one shelf; for additional storage space, please contact the Makerspace staff about a business shelf.

The number of shelves at the space is limited. To put your name on the waitlist for a shelf, please fill out this form as an active member. Once a shelf is available for you, you will be contacted and given further instructions.
