Cut, weed, apply
The Cricut is a digital cutter for paper, vinyl, iron-on, and other thin materials.
You plan a layout in software, send it to the machine, then weed the cut pieces and apply them to paper, apparel, signs, or other surfaces.
Typical projects include stickers, decals, iron-on graphics, stencils, and layered paper designs.
At Rochester Makerspace, members use the Cricut after any required training, and reserve the cutter when they need machine time.
